Karin's Country Farm has been operating in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island since 1993. Our products are made using only the finest of ingredients, and we take great pride in using meat only from ethically raised animals. You can find our sausage in most of the health food stores on Vancouver Island and Salt Spring Island and through SPUD on the Lower Mainland. Karin's Country Farm is in the process of expanding its product line to include chicken pies made with free run, free range and/or certified organic chicken; organic vegetables; and organic flour and chicken soups. Both will be available frozen; pies will be unbaked and ready for the oven, both single and family size. Soups will also be frozen.
